A monster guitar player with massive vocal chops, this high-energy entertainer is sure to bring the house down wherever he plays live.  Jeremy describes his Texas BadWater Band sound as “Lynyrd Skynyrd on cornbread meets Alabama.”   Hints of the Blues, Texas Red Dirt, traditional Country and Alt. Rock meld to create a wall of Southern Rock glory that is gritty and real, and his debut single is drawing rave reviews from both industry tastemakers and radio programmers:

“He has a slight vocal rasp.  That, plus the highly rhythmic track, give the single an audio ‘edge.’  The country-rock outing has a dandy electric guitar solo, as well.b  – Robert K. Oermann / MUSICROW

“Jeremy is the real deal–singer, songwriter and heckuva picker!  He’s a Texan with a pen full of songs and a bright future in country music!” – Kelly Green / PD, WEIO

“The track is GOOD. Tom Petty meets James Otto.  Like this A LOT!” – RJ Jordan / PD, WCJW

ABOUT JEREMY PHIFER

This former bar bouncer (and current part-time college student) from Paris is finally living the life he only dreamed about just a few years ago.  A talented picker, amazing songwriter and intuitive vocalist, Phifer has been gigging since high school.

After winning two regional  talent contests (Paris Idol in 2009 and the North Texas State Colgate Country Showdown competition in 2010), Phifer and his Texas BadWater Band were playing 150-200 dates a year and opening for top-tier Country acts like Blake Shelton.  But things weren’t moving quickly enough for this talented Texan, and before long he put together a team of Nashville music industry professionals – and watched as things fell “magically” into place.

Now, with a charting single, upcoming dates in Nashville and a radio promo tour in the works, this 6’3″ blue-eyed guitar whiz is ready to take a shot at the “big time.”
